Therapy One provides a tension reducing, energizing seated massage, specially designed for the workplace. It can improve productivity, boosts morale, and enables the recipient to return to work feeling calmer and revitalized.

Recipients are shown, on an individual basis, a simple but effective routine of stretches, acupressure and self massage techniques that not only help reduce, but can also prevent, the build up of the physical effects of stress.

Therapy One is well placed to cater for you particular needs. We are able to provide seated massages ranging from 10 -30 minutes in duration.

Table massage using oils is also available.
